Common faults of gasoline pump:

The fuel supply of the gasoline pump is insufficient. The fuel supply of the gasoline pump depends on the stroke of the pump membrane. If the stroke is large, the pump volume should be more; However, the amount of fuel pumped by the gasoline pump is bound to be small. The engine consumes more fuel, and the amount of fuel pumped by the gasoline pump is bound to be large. If the engine consumes more fuel, but the actual fuel supply is small, this situation is that the fuel supply of the gasoline pump is insufficient, and the oil level of the carburetor float chamber will decrease, and the engine power will be insufficient.

Failure cause:

1) The sealing gasket at the junction between the gasoline pump and the axle box is too thick.

2) The pump film is broken or the joint between the pump film and the upper housing of the oil pump is not tightly sealed.

3) The inlet and outlet valves are stuck or poorly sealed.

4) Severe wear of the rocker arm reduces the travel of the pump film.

5) The pipeline from the gasoline tank to the gasoline pump is not smooth, or the pump membrane spring has passed.
