Liquid ketone resin is a kind of light yellow transparent non drying viscous liquid,

which is generated by the polycondensation of cyclohexanone and formaldehyde.

1. Soluble in water, ethanol, methanol and acetone;

2. Both ends of the polymer molecule contain active hydroxymethyl group;

Chemical reaction with NCO and other groups during film formation;

3. Light color and low viscosity;

4. Good compatibility, compatible with most water-based resins

Application

1. (1)For grinding water-based universal color paste;

(2)Good wettability for solids and powders,no need to add additional wetting and dispersing agents.

It can wrap solid powders well without agglomeration, making the slurry stable, delicate, uniform

and glossy, and also can shorten the grinding time;

(3)Good compatibility with most water-based resins, making the color paste versatile;

2. The active hydroxyl groups at both ends participate in the chain extension reaction, and partially

replace polyols as chain extenders in the synthesis of waterborne polyurethane resin to increase the

luster and hardness of waterborne polyurethane;

3. It can be used as an active ingredient in two-component waterborne coatings to make the paint

film more shiny and hard. If the resin is added to the two-component amino baking varnish, the gloss

can reach 94 (60 ° angle)

Storage

This product belongs to ordinary goods, not dangerous chemicals. It shall be transported and stored

as ordinary liquid goods. During storage and transportation, contact with active oxidants shall be avoided.
