APPLICATION

This machine is mainly used for drilling and processing filter plates and sieve plates in papermaking, medicine, food, chemical and other industries. Straight holes, step holes, tapered holes and other holes can be processed on single materials and composite materials. It can realize automation, high precision, multiple varieties and mass production.

This machine is specially used for drilling machine for sieve plates. This machine is mainly used for high efficiency drilling of small holes on paper pulp sieve plates (stainless steel). The machine can equip with one or several high-speed drilling spindle.

1. This machine is fully digitally controlled. CNC system controls servo automatically position and feed to ensure the accuracy of the drilling position;
