Screw conveyor is generally divided into axial screw conveyor and
shaftless screw conveyor. The axial screw conveyor is composed of
screw, U-shaped trough cover plate, inlet and outlet and drive
device, while the shaftless screw conveyor changes the screw into
shaftless screw, and there is replaceable lining in the U-shaped
trough, which is simple in structure. The material is input from
the inlet and output from the outlet after being driven by the
screw. The whole process can be carried out in a sealed groove,
reducing noise and odor emission.
Working principle
When the materials are added into the fixed slot, due to the gravity of the materials and the friction between the materials and the slot, the materials stacked at the bottom of the slot do not rotate with the spiral, but only move forward under the drive of the rotating spiral blades, just as the non rotating nuts move along the rotating screw to achieve the purpose of conveying materials. The machine is convenient for multi-point loading and unloading, and can complete mixing, stirring or cooling functions during the conveying process. Sensitive to overload, easy to block; The horizontal screw conveyor has a simple structure, which is convenient for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting. It is suitable for horizontal or slightly inclined continuous and uniform conveying of loose materials.
Product features
1. The head and tail bearings of the screw conveyor are moved to the outside of the shell, eliminating the possibility of reducing the service life of the bearing due to poor sealing and material leakage.
2. The middle suspension bearing of the screw conveyor adopts two
structures, rolling and sliding, which can be interchanged. Both of
them are equipped with dust-proof sealing devices and labyrinth
seals. The seals are made of nylon and plastic. The sealing is
strong and the wear resistance is good. The sliding pads have cast
copper pads that need to be lubricated, alloy wear-resistant cast
iron pads and copper based graphite less oil lubrication pads. The
service life of the bearings can reach 10000 hours.
3. The surface of the spiral blade of the screw conveyor is coated
with wear-resistant materials, and its service life can be doubled
compared with the conventional blade.
4. The transmission part adopts cycloidal reducer, with low noise,
strong adaptability and convenient operation and maintenance.
