Industiral Wastewater Treatment System / Plant

This machine is used to waste water treatment. Waste water include plastic recycling line sewage, domestic sewage, factory sewage, school sewage and so on. The main machine include wastewater adjust pond, reaction tank, air floation tank, separation water tank, sand filter tower, carbon filter tower, sludge tank, plate frame filter press and so on. Before the waste water into treatment system. We need to build a Big sump and add a set screen which is used to filter Residue.Water will into wastewater adjusted pond(add sulfuric acid and PAC) and reaction tank(Add PAC and PAM). We use separation tank to separator water and Impurities. Sludge will into sludge tank and use filter press to solve it. Water will used sand filter and carbob filter tower. After this process, we can drain out it or used it again.

Chemical Feeding

-Three PE Barrel filled with chemical reaction material-Each barrel with individual pump and chemical feeding device
-The PH of the water will be adjusted to best reaction state by the three automatically feeding.

Air Floating Tank

-Used for solid-liquid separation
-With the dissolved air pump and tower will easily separate the solid and liquid water
-The whole tank is made by stainless steel-With sludge scraper made by PVDF

Filter Recoil Pump with good brand

-The pump is provide by SOUTH PUMP famous brand -Equipped with two sets shift use to ensure the system running with non-stop
-The pipe connect with the pump is finely made

Filter Tank

-Two filter tank: carbon filter tank and sand filter tank-Each tank with the filter material inside
-The tank are also made by stainless steel
-The water after filter will be more clean

Plate and Frame Press Filter

-Press the sludge into dry form for easily carry-away-The sludge after press will get two kinds of form, dry form and liquid form
-Dry form will be carried away and liquid form will come back to the water treatment for further processing
