We have good experience for cap molds for medical use or food packaging use.

Eye dropper cap usually diameter 19mm or less , we use cold runner for 12 to 24 cavities, you also can consider 32 to 48 cavities, cold runner or semi hot runner both avaliable.

Mold steel:

Cavity: FS136 China or S136 Sweden

Core : 9Cr18 China

Mold base : stainless steel or P20 steel

Mold cavity number : 12, 16, 24, 32 , 48 avaliable

Injection machine will need : 80tons to 250tons

Runner : hot runner or cold runner as you wish

Hot runner brand: Mobest China, or YUDO Korea, or European brands.
