Intelligent Pellet Weighing Packing Machine

The material discharge valve is installed next to the material discharge outlet, the machine starts auto-weighing when the bag is successfully placed and starts the switch, the discharge valve opens automatically, the material weight is synchronously transferred to to the PLC controller by the weighing sensor, the controller calculates the opening angle of the material discharge valve, closing time and other parameters,then the setting valve is achieved. The PLC control will renew the control parameters after each bag of material is finished packing. The more bags of material is finished, the faster the weighing and packing speed is.

Notes: Once re-start, the system will default that the new material is going to be weighed and packed, it will auto identify the property of the material and the weighing speed will go from slow to fast.

Application Cases of Pellet Packing Machine

The intelligent pellet weighing packing machine is mainly applied in plastic pellet, fertilizer pellet, rice and other similar applications, the machine can be put directly bellow the hopper dryer or storage silo if the plant height is high enought. It can also be install on the floor and use and vacuum auto loader to feed the pellet to the interim hopper at the feed port of the packing machine, if the plant height is not high.
