Sure, we appreciate to receive your samples, pictures or drafts with detailed dimensions for accurate quotation.

Usually, base on your design drawings or original samples, we give some technical proposals and a quotation to you, after your agreement, we produce for you.

6.What is your way of packing?

Normally we pack goods according to customers' requirement. For reference: wrapping paper, carton

box, wooden case, pallet.

7. How to deal with the faulty?

Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 1%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution i ncluding re-call according to real situation.
