U70 Railway bulk cement tanker wagon, also known as powder material tanker wagon and fly ash tanker wagon, is applicable to the bulk transportation of powder dry materials with particle diameter no more than 0.1mm, such as fly ash, cement, lime powder, ore powder, particle alkali and so on.

This bulk cement tanker wagon is mainly composed of wagon body, brake system, coupler buffer and bogies. The wagon body is all steel welded structure of horizontal tank without center beam, which is composed of traction pillow, tank body, fluidization device, air inlet and discharge pipeline, end ladder and walkway. The main section steel and plate steel are made of Q345NQR2 and Q450NQR1 high strength weather resistant steel. The top of the tank body is equipped with two loading ports (also used as manholes). There are air inlet pipe interfaces and unloading pipe interfaces on both sides of the vehicle. Blowing assistant pipe is fitted on the end of unloading pipes. It adopts K6 bogies, No.17 coupler and MT-2 buffer, 120 type brake device and NSW hand brake machine.
