Features

The same cylinder can be equipped with three kinds of slots for adapting to different grading processes.

Half counter-current slot (CTB) is suitable for wet roughing and concentration of strongly magnetic minerals with ore particle sizes being 0.5-0mm, especially for the concentration of big ores with particle sizes being 0.15~0mm.

Counter-current slot (CTN) is suitable for wet roughing and scavenging of strongly magnetic minerals with ore particle sizes being 0.6~mm, especially for the recovery of heavy media in coal washery.

Downstream slot (CTS) is suitable for the roughing and concentration of minerals with ore particle sizes being 6~0mm.

Both CTB and CTS can be used in series to improve the concentrate grade.

Application

It's suitable for the processing magnetite, pyrrhotite, magnetite, titanium magnetite, calcined ore and other materials, as well as the iron removal and purification of feldspar, quartz sand, kaolin and other non-metallic minerals in the front stage.
