Ring Gasket is also called Ring Joint Gasket or Seal Ring including Type R ( Oval, Octagonal) , BX , RX, the ring gaskets are made of Material Soft iron ( Zinc plated) , Yellow plated, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel 304-304L, and Stainless Steel 316-316L to meet different well condition.

The Ring Gaskets are applied for the wellhead flange adapter sealing used in the chemical industry, power plant technic, oil and gas industry as well as offshore. The ring gaskets are to be set out with high pressures and highest temperatures and manufactured according to API 6A, for the different wellhead adapter flange, The ring gaskets are designed for pressures from 5,000 psi to 10000 psi. Ring Gaskets that have been torqued initiating a metal-to-metal seal should be discarded and not reused.
