Tips you need to know before installing hydraulic magnet on your excavator

• First, confirm whether the components of the excavator suction cup are complete and clean before the installation process.
• Second, there are hoisting screw holes on both sides of the suction cup of the excavator.
• Third, During installation, only T-shaped screws need to be screwed in to complete the hoisting, and then the T-shaped blocks and screws are used to fix it on the workbench, and then connect the mechanical equipment.
• DC power supply and ground wire, and then finely grind the upper plane of the suction cup of the excavator once so that the parallelism of the upper plane and the bottom surface can be kept consistent, and there will be no gap between the two planes during the specific construction process.
• affecting work efficiency. When completing the above installation progress, it is necessary to carry out commissioning first, which is to overlap the two adjacent magnetic poles to obtain sufficient positioning suction, and then operate the construction normally.
