This machine is used for quantitative carbon loading of gas mask filter carbon case, ultrasonic welding of upper lid PET sheet and bottom case assembly. It adopts 3-conveyors with multi-station one-out-one design; ultrasonic welding of bottom case and PET sheet assembly, lid and bottom case Assembly of PET sheet, ultrasonic welding. Process is:

1. Automatic vibrating hopper feeding;

2. The automatic manipulator grip and feeds the material to the conveyor fixture.

3. The bottom case is automatically loaded and assembled with PET sheet.

4. Ultrasonic welding.

5. The manipulator(gripper) transfers the bottom case to another conveyor fixture.
