Peach-shaped SD1105: A PDC cutter for Φ26mm and Φ28mm anchor drill bits

SD1105 can be used for Φ26mm and Φ28mm anchor drill bits.The diameter of the PDC is 11.5mm, the height is 5.5mm, and the double 1/4 circle is specially chamfered. This kind of PDC cutter is called peach-shaped. The apex of the PDC cutter is placed on the top of the anchor drill bit to increase the rock breaking speed of the PDC cutter, and the chamfer on both sides can increase the impact resistance of the PDC cutter.
