This cable tray roll forming line can produce 150mm 300mm 450mm and 600mm width cable ladder trays. Whole production line is consisted of decoiler, levelling unit, punching unit, roll forming unit, cutting device, control system and hydraulic system, etc.

With the automatic width adjustment design, users only need to key in the width of the cable trays, then the rollers will move accordingly for roll forming required widths. Main material can be used are galvanized steel coils, powder coated steel coils, cold / hot rolled steel coils with 1.0mm to 3.0mm thickness.
