Usually, we can't use SMT + reflow furnace for welding devices. Originally, we can use constant temperature soldering iron for manual welding, but manual welding has some defects, such as inconsistent operation proficiency, uneven operation, even false welding or damaged products. The pulse hot press is different from the constant temperature soldering iron. The pulse hot press can reach the required temperature at the moment of power on. Once there is no voltage at both ends of the pressure head, the air cooling can quickly reach the room temperature, and the pressure head is flat, so the welded products have the same appearance, stable yield and simple operation.

Thermocouple: 1. Every time change visual inspection of the solder joints connection condition.

Fixture:

1. After long-term use the fixture will accumulate some rosin stains. To ensure that hot pressing the levelness of the head and between the product. Must have a daily cleaning fixture surface.

2. Every 5000 times operating check the worn degree

3. Every 200000 time are changing the fixture.
