LV transformer foil winding machine BRJ1400-2 is mainly used to wind low voltage dry type transformer foil coils and other similar products. The foil conductor can be copper or aluminum strip. This kind of transformer foil winding machine can handle one or two layers of foil conductor and one or two layers of insulation material, such as paper or similar material. The transformer foil winding machine can wind the foil with maximum width 1400mm. With TIG welding machine and cooler, the transformer foil winding machine can weld foil with bus bar together. The automatic foil edge alignment makes sure that the coil edges are straight and smooth when winding. Control system is based on PLC. It is easy to operate the transformer foil winding machine through a touch screen.
