Intended Use

This product is used for novel coronavirus (2019 NCOV) IgM / IgG antibody test and is used as a supplementary test index to detect suspicious cases with novel coronavirus negative test or for diagnosis of suspicious cases in combination with nucleic acid test. ..
This product will be used for auxiliary diagnosis and emergency stockpiling of patients infected with nCoV pneumonia in 2019.

Test Method

---

1. Preparation before the experiment
Remove the kit and sample and bring the sample and sample to room temperature.
2 Experimental procedure
① Open the inspection kit, take out the inspection card and flatten it.
(2) Put 10 μL of the sample to be measured in the sample loading hole of the test card, and put 2 drops (about 60 μL) of sample buffer in the sample loading hole.
③ It reacts at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes, but it has no effect after 20 minutes.
④ Simple work procedure
Unwrap, remove test card and flatten

Add 10μL of sample to be detected at the sample adding end of detection reagent

↓

Add 2 drops (about 60μL) of sample buffer to the sample loading hole

↓Reacting at room temperature for 10-15 minutes

(1) Invalid result: The test is invalid because the red thread is invisible to the naked eye, or there is a thread for inspection (T line) but no thread for quality control (C line), and a repeated test is required. ..
(2) Negative result: The red quality control line (C line) indicates that there is no antibody in the sample or that the antibody is below the test level.
③ Positive result: 2 red lines (1 red quality control line and 1 red inspection line) or 3 red lines (1 red quality control line and 2 red inspection lines)
