Aluminum Composite Panel is compounded by multilayer materials, the surface and back covered by high strength aluminum alloy sheet, the core material is non-toxic low density polyethylene(PE) , on the surface of aluminum composite panel covered by protective film.

ACP Coating Features

• Polyester coating
• PE coating has good adhesion to the material. The color coated steel plate is easy to process, cheap, and has many products, and the choice of color and luster is great. In the general environment directly exposed, the corrosion period can be as long as 7 to 8 years.

• Lacquering
• ALUDONG surfaces the coating is high-quality lacquering systems , which own good chemical causticity resistance, and abrasion resistance and so on. For externel wall decoration ,use PVDF Coating and FEVE Coating is better choice, because the coating systems have excellent surface durability .which can keep 10-15 years.

• Nano-coating
• ALUDONG Nano coating is a special clear lacquering system which has excellent self-cleaning characteristics, the total dry film thickness shall be 35 micron minimum consisting of a conversion coating ,an inhibititive primer, lumiflon-based fluorocarbon and clear coating.

• Chameleon colors coating
• With pearl talc in PVDF paint (70% PVDF), the pigment type and viewing angle distinguish it with other coating .The different wave lengths of light reflected ,refracted and diffracted to the audience makes an ever-changing color gradient with iridescent highlights.

• Nacreous coating
• Nacreous coating is three-coat three-bake system . The thickness is 35 micron minimum consisting of a conversion coating , an inhibitive primer, lumiflon-based fluorocarbon coating and nacreous coating. The surface glossiness is around 90 degree. It is as excellent choice for the places which highly demand the surface glossiness.

• Variety of Colors
• From a wide range of standard colors, customers can select both metallic colors and solid colors. tailor-made colors are available on request.

The gloss for solid and for metallic colors is in the range of 30%-40% according to Gardner Scale which is most suitable for architectdner applications. For special effect colors, the gloss is in the range of 70%-80% according to Gardner Scale. Due to their high gloss, panels coated in special effect colors need special care in the design and during fabrication and installation.
