Semi-finished product testing

All test data are archived to ensure the consistency of product testing. Abnormal test data can be recalled and investigated later.

The finished product testing

At least 12 hours after the production is completed, the aging temperature is 55 degrees to ensure the reliability of the internal electronic components.
After the aging is completed, load tests such as loading, impact, rapid acceleration, and deceleration are carried out with the excitation motor, and the input and output ports of the product are tested to ensure the consistency of product performance and various functions
