Double panel door

The inner tank is made of zinc plate, the thermal insulation door is made of zinc plate sandwiched
with mineral wool, and the outer plate is made of stainless steel.
The use of air heat insulation convection heat preservation can reduce the temperature of
the production site and achieve the effect of energy saving.

Automatic unloading system

Easy to use and maintain, thanks to the spring, the product can be flexibly discharged, whether it is
a flat cone or a natural side cone.

One motor can drive the entire machine

It can make the oven and rolling machine system work synchrono- usly with the feed pump driven by

Ferris wheel system

Shorten the distance of the product from the baking template and reduce the amount of sugar and oil.

Cup stop system

Ensure that the long diameter of the cone product is more standa- rdized and the flat mouth is more perfect.

Turntable co-direc tional cup receiving system

The new cup receiving system, with the equipment, runs on the same horizontal line as the roll mold unwinding,

to ensure that the cone cups fall into the cup receiving groove more accurately and achieve higher automation.
