UQk float level controller consists of float module, micro switch module and shell. A pair of mutually exclusive magnetic steel is mounted on the float end and the microswitch assembly respectively. When the floating ball rises and falls with the change of liquid level within the movement limit, the magnetic steel at its end also moves up and down through the non-magnetic shell to push the magnetic steel on the micro-switch assembly, so that the output contact is connected or broken accordingly, and the signal device at the back level is controlled to send light or sound signals. When the floating ball rises and falls with the liquid level, only when it is in the upper and lower limit positions of the action limit, the output contact will be connected or disconnected, and no signal will be generated during the rise and fall process. The float ball of the controller is made of 304 stainless steel. The float module of the controller and the micro-switch module are isolated from each other so as to avoid the common defects such as leakage of liquid level meters.
