Product Description

This series of equipment is suitable for filling and sealing 1-20ml ampoules. It is suitable for filling and sealing production of ampoules, and is the preferred model for stand-alone production. This machine is an upgraded product of injection ampoule filling and sealing.

Features:

1. This machine adopts mechanical conveying frequency conversion control, and the running speed of the whole machine is controllable;

2. Filling is controlled by peristaltic pump, the filling volume can be set to any value, and the accuracy error is ±1; the design of the film feeding mechanism adopts the rectangular bottle conveying method with fast feeding and slow downward movement on the moving tooth plate;

3. The filling volume can be set to any value by digital display, the precision is accurate and reliable; the electronic stop filling mechanism is adopted to ensure that there is no bottle and no filling.

4. Install laminar flow hood and decorative cover, man-machine interface and program control.

5.The plastic ampoule is exquisite and beautiful, can stand upright with flat bottom. The utilization of packing film reaches 95% - 99%, just a little lose, saving the cost.

6.Packing material: PVC/PE, PET/PE or PVC/EVOH

7.All parts contact with materials are made of 304/316L stainless steel, no pollution, easy cleaning, meet the GMP standard.
