3. High precision gear transmission, accurate and durable: 20CrMnTi high-frequency quenching, hardness HRC58-62, up to the national level 6 precision, use for a long time, high overprinting accuracy.

4. Total machine automatic reset zero system,storing common order, change order quickly, operation is convenient.

5. Main drive bearing Japan NSK, other bearing brands for domestic HRB, ensure the transmission stability.

6. Mechanical automatic uo oil lubrication system, equiped with automatic balancing device, increase the service life of gear.

Adopting the hang printing plate system,it is easy to change printing plate ,and installed switch by feet ,which is convinent to hang printing plate.
