1.This machine has such advantages as sophisticated manufacture with unique design, low noise and high mixing uniformity. Through mirror polish, its barrel wall has no dead angles and residual material; the materials can input and output easily without no cross contamination. It is beautiful in appearance and easy to clean.

2. According to law of three-dimensional motion, this machine has special movement function, namely producing unique direction of movement as rotating, shaking, crossing, reversing and turning over.

It’s easy to install and maintain, with long service life and short mixing time. It has low height, small rotation space and high charging coefficient, which can reach 85% for dry granules.

3. In mixing process, the rotation and revolution of mixing barrel can eliminate the disadvantage of centrifugal force, which ensures the flow and diffusion of materials thoroughly, at the same time, prevents the materials from gravity segregation, layering, accumulating to make it meet the mixing requirements above 99%.

4. It adopts touching control panel, which can control the machine operating in certain distance. For machine above model 100, it will be equipped with remote control operation system, which has higher safety performance.

5. The rocker arm is made by cast steel, and the driven shaft has auto-regulating device, which can eliminate the strong torque force in its working process to prolong the service life of machine.

6. This equipment has frequency control and constant speed for dual use. The butterfly valve with special design has high sealing performance without powder leakage.
