The line is designed for manufacturing 6~35 kV XLPE cable of
compressed Cu. Al. stranded conductor.
The pipe arrangement is of semi-catenary declination type, adopt XL
pipes with short circuit heating, nitrogen as the medium and water
cooling type. The finished XLPE cable measure up to GB/T 12706-2002
standard.

Triple-layer co-extrusion, Nitrogen curing, water cooling,
PLC control+ touch screen operation.
The machines body is painted in dark blue RAL5010; the cover and
rotating parts is chrysoidine RAL2004, cabinet is gray RAL7038.
