LS-F6 Rigid box machine and gift box making machine For mobile phone boxes is used for folding the glued paper in the pasted box. It can finished side wrapping, edge folding, tucking in and air pressing at one time, which is suitable for all kinds of rigid box wrapping, such as shoes boxes, gift boxes, cell phone boxes, perfume boxes etc.

This machine has applied Pneumatic and Compressor air to driving the machine running. It is an ideal equipment for customer which has different quantity orders. Especially the customer seeking for higher quality products.It has two edge folding model and four types tucking in model. The shortest time of one box finished is 1.7seconds. The max speed can reach 30 pcs/min to certain boxes.

1) Extractor Device: the molded box is ejected through four push rods passing through the vent of the mold, and the small box directly uses the middle mold rod to return the material.

2) Main Shaft: the main shaft can move up and down through the synchronous belt drive, and the ball screw drive can realize the separation of the upper and middle molds.

3) Carton Foaming: manually insert the box embryo into the mold, paste the edges and press the bubble, and finally remove the completed carton from the front side of the equipment.

4) Higher Side Foading Brush: the roller brush can make the paper after gluing adhere to the side of the box, and the bubble pressure of the bubble pressing board can reduce the bubbles generated between the tissue paper and the box embryo, thus ensuring the quality of the product.
