Stainless Steel Lab Laminar Flow Pass Box with Air Shower for Clean Room
Laminar flow pass box is a kind of auxiliary equipment of clean room, mainly used for the transfer of small items between clean area and non-clean area, and between clean area and non-clean area. In order to reduce the number of door openings of the clean room, the pollution of the clean room is reduced to a minimum. An ultraviolet lamp is installed in the transfer window, and the items enter the clean area after being irradiated by ultraviolet rays and sterilized. On the one hand, it acts as an air lock to prevent the high pressure in the high-level clean room from leaking. On the other hand, it achieves self-cleaning effect during the transfer process to ensure that the items entering the clean area are clean and reduce cross-contamination caused by objects .
Static Pass Boxes
These type of boxes are used to transfer material between 2 clean
environments with little or no human intervention.
This box contains an electromagnetic interlock between the 2 doors and from a visual control point of view, an LED light suggests when any door is open.

Dynamic pass boxes
This type of box is used to pass material from a non-controlled environment to a controlled environment.
Two interlocking doors on both sizes protect the controlled environment when any transfer takes place.
Depending on the application, dynamic pass box designs can be single door or double door (as shown to the right).

How the Laminar flow pass box works
1.Mechanical interlocking device: The internal interlocking is
realized by a mechanical form. When one door is opened, the other
door cannot be opened. The other door must be closed before the
other door can be opened.
2.Electronic interlocking device: The internal use of integrated circuits, electromagnetic locks, control panels, indicator lights, etc. to achieve interlocking, when one of the doors is opened, the other door open indicator does not light up, telling that the door cannot be opened, and electromagnetic The locking action realizes interlocking. When the door is closed, the other electromagnetic lock starts to work, and the indicator light will light up, indicating that the other door can be opened.
