Machine parts list:

Belt conveyor: conveying dirty plastic film or bags into crusher. If too much scrap iron, metal detector may be needed.

Crusher: crushing with water, cutting ABS or bags into small pieces.

Screw loader: load ABS flakes into the next step

High-speed friction washing machine: wash out the sand, soil and loading the material in ABS flakes

Washing tank: separate the sand, soil and other dirties from ABS

Horizontal dewatering machine: remove the water from the ABS flakes
