Function and Structure

C channel steel purlin production line is a machine with set of rollers can produce a variety of specifications of the finished C type purlin single roll molding machine. The machine is mainly composed of passive charging frame, leveling device, punching device, cutting device after forming, hydraulic station, computer control system and so on.

Process Flow

Feeding (manual) - sheet leveling - cold bending molding - profile straightening - measuring hole size, pneumatic clamping - hydraulic automatic punching, cutting - unloading (manual)

Large diameter steel pipe refers to bending the pipe by means of machines and tools at normal temperature. Advantages are no heating equipment, tube is not filled with sand, easy to operate.

Q: How do you do QA?
A: We have a special team to do strict QA, this is one of our strengths:
(1)Every gearbox will be tested for 8 hours with oil inside to guarantee there is no leak.

(2)Every shaft will be inspected for centering jumpiness.
(3)Every roller will be checked to make sure it's in the range of tolerance critical parts will be inspected for all dimensions.
