Description of MG Automatic Dry Mortar Mix Plant:

MG Dry Mortar Plant are widely used to produce all sorts of mortar, including putty mortar, rendering mortar, masonry mortar and waterproof mortar, etc. The full product line with advanced and high efficient dryer, mixing system, control system and dust collection system ensures quality mortar production.

Those lines are mainly composed of sand drying system and premixed mortar mixing system. In addition to this, Zhengzhou MG also produces customized full automatic dry mixed mortar processing plant, semi automatic dry mortar plant and customized compact dry mortar plant in case any one of our customers prefers unique dry mortar plant design and more suitable layout to meet their special demands or production capacity requirements.

Working principle of MG Automatic Dry Mortar Mix Plant:

The dry mortar mixer machine for tile adhesive will dosing the raw materials of cement, sand from storage silos, after automatic weighing, the material will enter in premix tank and high efficient agravic mixer continuously, to mix in a shortperiod(3-5min).The well mixed material will discharge into the holding tank, which will make secondary mixing, ther down to new designed automatic filling and packing machine, the packing machine work efficiently based on fixed time and volume, it increase the capacity sharply, well packed finished mortar will be transfered to finished mortar area, ready fo sale.

Configuration of MG Automatic Dry Mortar Mix Plant:

Raw material silos : cement,sand, caco3a and some additives

Feeding screw: the speed can by controlled by frequency converter

Quantity dosing system: auto-dosing all raw material accurately

Mixing system: double-shaft paddle mixer ,plough mixer ,ribbon mixer or others

Packaging machine: valve-bag packing machine,open-mouth bag packing machine and others

Dust collecting system: installed at the position of feeding port, packing port

Automation control system: PLC+TOUCH SCREEN
