Working principle of color sorter:

Tea leaves enter the machine from the hopper at the top, slide down along the channel through the vibration of the vibrator device, accelerate the fall, enter the observation area in the sorting room, and pass-through between the sensor and the background plate. Under the action of the light source, according to the intensity and color change of the light, the system generates an output signal to drive the solenoid valve to work, blow out different color particles to the waste cavity of the receiving hopper, and the good tea continues to fall to the finished product cavity of the receiving hopper, so as to achieve the purpose of selection.
