Stainless steel products, especially stainless steel belt, many times the factory's most original processing method is to use a punch for stamping products.

304 stainless steel is a common stainless steel material, density of 7.93g /cm³, also known as 18/8 stainless steel in the industry. High temperature resistance 800℃, with good processing performance, high toughness characteristics, widely used in industrial and furniture decoration industry and food and medical industry

Stamping includes two kinds:

1) Direct punching and

2) Stretching/ Deep drawing

general hardness is lower than 1/2 are using stretching and bending, hardness is higher than 1/2 partial hard, are straight punching.
