Low Profile Compression Force Transducer 3kN 1.5kN 750N 300N Thin Weight Sensor
Low Height Compression Force Sensor FHA is produced based on strain gauge technology with CE
certification. Low profile compression load cell FHA offers 0-300N
/ 0-750N / 0-1500N / 0-3000N four measuring ranges to choose form,
high accuracy with 0.05% non-linearity of the full capacity. Planar Beam Load Cell FHA utilizes 1000ohms gauges which has better performance compared
to commonly used 350ohms gauges in terms of power consumption and
long term stability. Compact design enables the construction of
scales with an extremely low overall height, Thin load cell FHA is
also suitable for battery powered weighing devices.

A load cell is a transducer that converts mechanical load into mV
signal proportional to the applied load.The acting force causes
deformation of the measuring element,the bonded strain gauge
deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the
wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply, the output signal
between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally,thus the
load/force can be measured by measuring the output signal from the
transducer.
Brief instruction of Rated output(or Sensitivity):
Definition: The signal produced by load cell(or force transducer)
when rated load is applied, expressed in terms of mV/V. The rated
output indicates the output signal range of the sensor.
Sensor output = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output is normally within 1mV/V~3mV/V.
Power supply is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the load cell output signal is normally within
0-45mV(-45mV...+45mV for bidirectional load cell).
Example one: Planar beam
load cell FHA-30kg with 1.5mV/V rated output powered by 10V DC ,the output
range is 0~15mV.
Example two: Low profile compression load sensor FHA-300kg with
2mV/V rated output powered by 3.3V DC ,the output range is 0~6.6mV.
