Fully automatic thermoforming machine Suitable for forming plastic sheets such as PS, HIPS, PVC, PET, PP, etc. It mainly produces various boxes, dishes, bowls, electronic trays, cup lids and other plastic containers and packaging products. Such as fruit boxes, pastry boxes, fresh-keeping boxes, medicine trays, electronic transit trays, toy packaging, etc.

Feature:

• The small-format molding area and low mold cost are suitable for small batch and diversified production.
• The heating station can be heated by a four-stage electric furnace for thermoforming of PP.
• The Disposable Cup Thermoforming Machine forming station, punching station and cutting station use solid cast iron structure, which is strong and reliable.
• The worktable on the forming station is equipped with an independent servo-driven auxiliary stretching head to ensure better product quality.
• The punching station and cutting station increase the structure of the tension rod to ensure the longer service life of the cutting knife.
