Introduction

PE-RT, or heat-resistant polyethylene, is a special copolymer formed by copolymerizing ethylene and a small amount of octene. Through the ethylene octene comonomer, the polyethylene molecular chain distribution is controlled during the polymerization reaction, thereby obtaining a unique molecular structure. No cross-linking is required in the production process. PE-RT has good long-term static pressure resistance and impact resistance, as well as good flexibility and high temperature stability. PE-RT is a polyolefin thermoplastic that can be joined by hot melt. At present, PE-RT pipes have gradually become the first choice pipes for floor radiant heating. Jade warm floor heating pipes have passed the routine inspections of the national authority, the 8760-hour thermal stability test and the 5000 cold and hot water cycle tests.
