Gas steamer constructed of stainless steel was divided into two parts:The upper part is for steaming food,

there is a ring shaped stainless steel stand,according to different requirements, different steam containers

can be used suchas Ø550 steam‐tray/rice‐roll pan/plate with holes for dim sum; the lower part is for generating

steam, constituted by stainless steel water boiler, auto‐fill water tank, water drainage, automatic ignition and combustion system;

The stainless steel water boiler is built in some S‐shaped combustion chamber, and each combustion chamber

is configured with one self air‐sucking burner, water inlet for tank is ф1/2 "(DN15), and drain for boiler withф1‐1/2" (DN40);

Combustion System: Twin Solenoid electromagnetic value with pressure regulator,
when the pilot does not ignite, the main gas‐valve does not open and avoid a lot of gas
leakage, ensure safety and flame stability; Easy operation by one‐button burner switch
together with automatic impulse ignitor; Equipped with thermoelectric couple flameout
protection, action sensitive, safe and reliable;
