Machine application:
The CNC H-shaped steel drilling production line is composed of a drilling machine, a feeding conveyor, a horizontal material table and a feeding trolley, equipped with an electrical control system, and is widely used in buildings, bridges, power station boilers, parking lots, and offshore oil well platforms , Tower and other steel industry, especially the processing of H-beam and channel steel, with high precision and easy operation, is an important equipment in the steel structure industry.
Machine configuration:
The machine tool consists of a frame, 3 CNC sliding tables, 3 drilling headstocks, lateral clamping device, sliding frame feed, aerosol cooling system, hydraulic system, CNC system, chip conveyor, etc.
Machine features:
1. The frame is fixed and the workpiece is movable. The frame is welded by steel plates with sufficient strength, which is suitable for continuous production and has a high degree of automation.
2. Seven CNC axes, each CNC axis is guided by precision linear roller guides, driven by AC servo motors and ball screws to ensure positioning accuracy.
3. The CNC trolley feed, with photoelectric counting switch, forms a closed loop control to ensure the accuracy of the feed position.
4. A total of 3 drilling boxes, hydraulic automatic control stroke, fast feed, automatic switching of working speed-fast return, and improve efficiency by reducing idling.
5. Air mist cooling is realized by air and high-pressure water. A small amount of coolant is used, which reduces costs, is environmentally friendly and reduces drill bit wear.
6. The control system is composed of PC, CNC system, photoelectric encoder, PLC, etc. Convert CAD/CAM directly into machining programs.
7. To ensure the reliability and long-term service of the machine, all components are internationally renowned brands, such as liner roller guide rails, servo motors, servo amplifiers, hydraulic components, etc.
8. The drilling machine is equipped with DJ series CNC band saw and SX series beveling machine, forming a complete steel structure secondary processing production line.
