Working Principle
The motor for our hammer drives the two groups of eccentric blocks to run in an opposite direction, from which the transverse centrifugal forces produced will be neutralized, while the vertical centrifugal forces will be added. So the eccentric axle runs fast to have the whole system vibrate vertically up and down to sink the piles. It constructions is composed of shock absorber, vibrator and electric system.
DZ90A is currently the most widely used pile foundation construction equipment in China.
