Paper Mill Epoxy Resin Doctor Blade is made of high-strength glass fiber, reinforced resin adhesive, and advanced wear-resistant lubricating materials. The operating temperature shall be equal to or lower than 180℃. As the commonest composite blade, it is applicable to a variety of working parts, such as drying cylinder, stone roller, reeling section, cleaning cylinder, and so on. It is more evenly worn and offers better performance.

3. Epoxy-glass Doctor Blade Application:

Epo-glass fiber blade is officially called epoxy resin Soaked glass fiber. The main application that suits for all rolls from the wire section to the paper-reel section. It can effectively prevent damage to hard rubber roll and avoid a fire in the drying section.

Tips:

1. Chilled cast iron rollers cannot use stainless steel blades
2. Chrome-plated rollers cannot use bronze blades
3. Steel rollers cannot use steel sheets
4. Metal blades cannot be used for synthetic rubber rollers
5. Before increasing the pressure of the doctor blade, a new doctor blade must be used.
