Suitable for bulk material packed or bags conveying up to 45° and sack conveying, effectively avoiding material down, which is suitable for grain, building materials, construction, metallurgy and mine industry, etc.

Format of Patterned Rubber Conveyor Belt :
According to the pattern types, it can be divided into: Herringbone / Chevron shape (Open-V, Close-V, L type ,H type, Multi-V type, U-shape, Segmented V-shape, etc) Fan-Shape, Cylinder shape, Cleat shape, Granulated pattern, Strip pattern etc.

Width of belt: 300mm-2200mm

Height of pattern: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30mm

Pattern pitch: 125, 200, 250, 330, 400, 500mm

Herring-bone pattern	The herring-bone pattern is on and higher than belt surface. The profile can be either open-end or closed. Each kind of pattern includes high, medium and low types. It can conveyor powdered, granulated, small lump and packaged materials etc. at the inclination not more than 40°
Strip pattern	The corss strip pattern is on and higher than belt surface, it can be sparse or dense type by pitch,Each kind of pattern includes high, medium and low types. It can conveyor package material at the inclination less than 30° or on the horizon. It can replace herring-bone pattern if trough moulded .
Granulated pattern	There is granular pattern concave or convex on the surface. Concaved hole can be made into square hole, diamond and wove type. The protruded pattern conveyor bet is suitable for conveying soft packed materials or others. The belt can be operated at a inclination less than 45° to conveyor the granular materials
Fan-shaped pattern	There is half-fan-shaped (or quarter of round) pattern on the surface of belt. When the belt is grooved, the patterns joint together into Fan-shaped (of half round) which belongs to high-pattern type. It's suitable for conveying powder. Granular and bulk materials at the big inclination of not more than 60°
