Description:

The concrete plate breaking machine is used to pull off the blank body of vertical discharge caldron from layer to layer by mechanical completion. The machine is installed in the conveying end of aerated concrete finished product, and it automatically completes the breaking procedure.

Working principle:

This equipment has the gantry frame, motor reducer, brake, wheel mounted on the gantry frame transmission device and the oil pump, gantry frame on both sides along the length direction in sets under beam and beam, beam and beam under connection by snapping suet cylinder, beam and beam under respectively on several clamping cylinder with relative layout, beam on the beam under the clamping cylinder and the clamping cylinder on the up and down, sprocket drive chain and under beam connection, oil pump through hydraulic line respectively connected to the break and suet cylinder clamping cylinder, the front end of the clamping cylinder is equipped with clamp body.

Autonomous Production
With an annual production capacity of more than 9 thousand tons of equipment and workshops covering about 25 thousand square meters, SANKON is able to autonomously complete machining, painting, assembling, and testing processes. Parts like metal bodies, hydraulic pressure stations, electric control cabinets and so on are all produced by SANKON.

For instance, the blade used in the pouring mixer was updated from a conventional single blade to a cross blade and flow diversion blade, and now the high speed double blade design results in higher stirring efficiency. The driving method is updated from belt drive to variable frequency drive as it is now directly connected. Besides, each connecting piece is fine finished by us.

Currently, SANKON has obtained 19 patents for components applied in our AAC cutter, mold, transfer cart for AAC block pre-curing and batching automatic control system.
