It mainly used for producing Carbonated beverage; since carbon dioxide gases(CO2) are pressurized to mix with liquids , the pressure throughout the filling system is typically 0.3 Mpa-0.6Mpa. and because CO2 is more stable at low temperatures, low temperatures increase the solubility of CO2 in water. The production process of ginger ale soft drink bottling machine is as follows:
The bottles are transported to the three in one filling machine by the bottle air conveying system through the bottle shifting star wheel. The rotary table of the bottle punching machine is equipped with a bottle clamp, which clamps the bottle mouth and turns 180 degrees along a guide rail °, Make the bottle mouth downward. In the specific area of the bottle washing machine, the nozzle sprays the bottle washing disinfectant or water to wash the inner wall of the bottle. After being washed and drained, the bottle is turned over 180 times along the guide rail under the bottle clamp °, Make the bottle mouth up. The washed bottles are led out by the bottle washing machine through the star wheel and then transferred to the filling machine. The bottle entering the filling machine is held by the bottle mouth stuck by the bottle neck supporting plate. Filling valve through the valve lifting mechanism under the action of cam to achieve falling and rising. The pressure filling method is adopted. After the filling valve drops and contacts the bottle mouth, it opens to complete the filling process. After filling, the filling valve rises and leaves the bottle mouth, and the bottle enters the capping machine through the transition wheel of the bottle neck. The anti rotation knife on the capping machine blocks the bottle neck to keep the bottle upright and prevent rotation. The capping head keeps revolution and rotation on the capping machine. Under the action of cam, the capping head grabs, covers, spins and takes off the capping head to complete the whole capping process. The finished bottle is transferred from the capping machine to the bottle delivery chain by the bottle delivery wheel, and the three in one bottler is transferred by the delivery chain. The whole equipment is sealed by window sealing, the height of window sealing is higher than the equipment Zui high point, there are appropriate channels at the bottle inlet and outlet, and there are exhaust slots at the bottom of window sealing.
