The testing center meets the national B-level test bench standards.
The test bench is scheduled for completion by the end of June 2025 and commissioning in July 2025.
The test bench's pool is 38 meters long and 18 meters wide, with a maximum depth of 9.5 meters. It is equipped with a 1700kVA power transformer. The test bench incorporates the latest pump testing software and employs a data acquisition and processing system that combines high-precision testing instruments with a computer. This system is capable of performing type and factory tests on various submersible, axial-flow, mixed-flow, and centrifugal pumps. Upon completion, the test chamber will be capable of simultaneously testing six pumps of varying specifications and models, with a maximum power of 2000kw. The test voltages support pump testing at voltages of 10kV, 6kV, 1140V, 660V, and 380V, with a maximum flow rate of 10,000m³/hour. Upon completion, the test bench will meet national Class B test bench standards.

    Zhengzhou Shenlong Pump Industry CO.,Ltd has three complete casting lines, including Expendable casting process, wax casting mold, coated sand, it can meets the different requirements on the dimensional accuracy of casting. The wax casting mold line, special for stainless steel material, was finished in the thermostatic workshop to guarantee the casting accuracy, meanwhile, shorten the whole production time.

  More than 85 sets production machine, includes grinding machine, CNC, lathe, Milling, High speed punch press machine, testing machine, etc., with sufficient spare parts stock to guarantee the production capacity 11,000 sets per month.
