Rolling Mesh Type.
Wire Mesh Welding Machine For Wire Welded Produce Mesh In High Speed adopts synchronous control technology of electric power and electronic. It adopts modular structure design, not only easy to promote its function and structure, accurate position, but also accurate blanking. Mesh can adjust arbitrarily. DHW-0.5/1.2, DHW-1.2/1.6 series welded mesh machine is automatic welding equipment which based on the advanced motor control and resistance welding technology domestic and overseas.
The advantage of our mesh welding machine:
1)The main frame is made of thick steel plate and structural steel,
which is more reliable and fastness.
2)The weft feeding device is adopted the advanced structure of
mechanism, which driven by step motor, let the location of the weft
wire more accurately, and have a neat edge.
3)Mechanical dragnet, the range of mesh size for the both weft wire
and wrap wire are between 100 to 200 mm adjustable. Dragnet with
fixed bars and mesh positioning device is easy to fine-tuning the
mesh size with a high precision.
4)Welding using a new type of high efficient welding net
transformer, which has a widely adjust range, lead to the range of
welding diameter more big.
5)In order to meet with the capacity of the electric power
transformer and reduce the current shock, welding power electronic
control with the method of the welding accused of sending, namely
when one row of weft wire welding, the welding transformer working
separately.
6)The welding power electronic control system adopts synchronous
control technique, welding time and separate welding are all
composed of digital integrated circuit, high control precision,
stable performance.
7)To facilitate the quota management and control, set up electronic
counter type mesh long numerical control device, can control
cutting machine, the length of the mesh data is more accurate, and
convenient management.
