SUSU304 Pcb Smt Assembly Machine Screen Cleaning Machine For Ink Scraping

INFINITE™ MT-280 automatic cleaning machine designed for ink scraping function is mainly used for automatic cleaning of screen printing inks, silver paste, sealant, and other screen printing scrapers. The machine adopts environmental cleaning liquid cleaning, water rinsing, hot air drying process. The hot air drying process is capable of making the scraper clean, dry, and ready for use after the cleaning process. The scraper is fixed on the circular scraper bracket during cleaning while the scraper bracket rotates during the washing operation. Cleaning is done using ultrasonic vibration, spray kinetic energy and environmentally friendly cleaning liquid chemicals with high decomposition ability. The cleaning cycle includes cleaning, rinsing with water after cleaning, and finally dried by hot air. After the cleaning cycle is completed, the screen is already dried and ready for use.

1. The whole body is made of SUSU304 stainless steel, which is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and is durable.
2. The cleaning bracket can be customized according to different scrapers.
3. Two cleaning methods, ultrasonic vibration + spray jet, make cleaning more thorough.
4. Rotary scraper cleaning system, placing 6 scrapers at a time.
5. Inching rotation, clamp type clamping method, convenient for scraper picking, and placing.
6. One-button operation, washing, rinsing, and drying are automatically completed at one time according to the set program.
7. The cleaning room is equipped with a visual window, and the cleaning process is clear at a glance.
8. Color touch screen, PLC control, run according to program, cleaning parameters can be set as needed.
9. Washing and rinsing with double pumps and double systems, each with its own independent tank and its own pipeline.
10. Cleaning and rinsing the real-time filter system, the tin beads under cleaning will not return to the surface of the scraper.
11. The cleaning fluid and rinsing water are recycled to save cleaning costs and reduce emissions.
12. Equipped with a diaphragm pump to realize quick liquid filling and draining.
