1. The mechanism key part adopts imported components to ensure the service life of the machine. The solenoid oil valve, oil pump and oil pump motor are Taiwan products, and the encoder is imported from Japan.

3. Material: the wire feeding wheel, cutter, etc. are made of excellent alloy steel, and are treated by vacuum to make them wear-resistant and prolong their service life. The straightening block is made of cast ironAlloy / plastic king, etc.; the shafts are all made of 40Cr or 45 steel and treated by quenching and tempering, and the gears are all made of forging stock. After quenching and tempering and high frequency quenching of tooth surface, the hardness is as high as hrc55-58 degrees.
