Principle of 1000BPH 4 head semi auto PET / glass bottle carbonated drink filling machine:

The machine applies pressure filling method, filling cup will control filling volume;

Worker open gas nozzles to set volume, then put bottle to filling head, press release for filling start, worker take off fulfilled bottles after filling finish;

There are 4 filling heads for the machine; There is enough space for bottle diameter and height change; Bottle neck size need to be fixed before machine making. Filling volume can be adjusted by filling cup. It need to work together with carbonated mixer for pressure or pump and high position tank. It will need gas pressure to keep balance pressure.
