Main Features:

This equipment can be used for different material of cans, such as aluminum can and PET can. Stable performance, not easy to wear out. The inlet valve closes once the specified quantity has been reached. While the can is being fed into the filler, the centering unit is raised. Once the magnetic float in the dosing tank has dropped to the preset switching point, the filling process is ended.

Flow Chart:

Processing included: quartz sand filter, active carbon filter, sodium ion exchanger, precision filter, RO (Reverse Osmosis), ozone generator, finished water tank

3. Cans Depalletizer

It is designed to handle empty cans from pallets and transfer, layer by layer, onto the production line, replace artificial row of cans and traditional empty cans of unloading tank machine, can save a lot of artificial, increase production capacity.

4. Can Washing Part

This can washer is revolution inclined type can washer;

After the cans loading, they will be reversed and pass the cabinet quickly with gravity when can mouth face to ground. The cabinet is inside set with shower to spray water inside the cans to wash.

After washing, the cans will be reversed again to loaded on conveyor connected to filler.

5. 2 in 1 machine filling and sealing

a, Filling Part

The pressure mechanical valve is introduced the advanced foreign design with a fast-filling speed, no hygiene corner pocket, a few sealing parts, and precise liquid level control. The whole valve is made of 304 stainless steel.

b, Sealing Part

Ingenious lid loading device to make sure no can, no lid loading, no sealing; Full sealing effect make sure to be suitable for liquid packing can; The machine suitable for all kinds of cans with same diameter, height can be adjusted easily.

6. Flat Conveyor

The straight-way conveyor system is supported on the ground by the foot frame, and the motor is installed on the side of the conveyor system. Each motor is equipped with a speed reducer, which can adjust the speed by itself. After filling the bottle, through the delivery system to the packaging platform, convenient and fast.

7. Can Warmer

This machine is used to warm the can after low temperature filling, as the carbonated drink after filling, the can touch the outside air, it will has a lot small water drops outside, use this machine will warmer it to normal temperature, and after dryer machine, it will be good for packing.

8. Automatic Packaging Machine

It adopts the photoelectric sensor to detect online, gather signals which are controlled by PLC, and adopts piston as executable element, to realize product conveying, combination, film wrapping, cutting, heat& shrink, cool, and finally get the finished product.
