Working Principle

The heating cone is provided with a heating jacket, and the heat source is hot water, heat conducting oil or low-pressure steam, so that the inner wall of the cone is kept at a certain temperature. in operation, under the action of a vacuum pump, a certain degree of vacuum is kept in the machine, the transmission system drives the spiral belt-shaped stirring device to rotate (the spiral belt is in the form of internal heating), the material is continuously turned inside the equipment under the action of stirring, and is fully contacted with the inner wall of the cone, so that heat transfer is realized, So that the water in the material is continuously evaporated, the water vapor is led out by a vacuum pump, and the recovered liquid can be recovered by a condenser and a recovery liquid storage tank if the liquid is to be recovered. After the drying is complete, open the discharge valve of the lower part to discharge.
